    • 12 years of Multi-Unit Supervisor with HMS Host Corporation with experience and certifications in 10 nationally branded concepts

    Noteworthy Accomplishments

    • National rollout of hot / cold deli and pizza operations for all locations with national travel center chain
    • Created and developed the completely unique QSR concept for travel center company, to include concept menu / menu board, cost analysis, and labor matrix.
    • Implemented a revision to company Labor Matrix System that resulted in over $2 million dollars in yearly labor savings for the restaurant department.
    • Won the Marriott “Operations Excellence Award”, beating out over 300 business units within the organization.

    • 2% reduction in buffet food cost for major full service brand
    • Cost reductions improved manager bonuses, which resulted in significantly reduced manager and employee turnover as well as building loyalty
