    Relevant Experience and Key Skills: 20+ Years Domestic and International Operations and Marketing Management

    •  5 years senior operations management as the Director of Area Licensee Business in North America responsible for the development and operations for all large licensees in North America (600+)
    • 2 ½ years as Region VP with complete responsibility for 500 sites in a 12 state area.
    • 3 years operations management of Company’s international business with master licensees in numerous countries.
    • 3 years as Director of Development for the global franchise division and drove the development and implementation of Company’s domestic franchise division.
    • 6 years as the Director of Marketing responsible for all aspects of marketing and merchandising for 1,300 locations
    • 3 years as the Division Manager for 130 ‘test’ sites,  used for development of profit enhancement programs.

    Noteworthy Accomplishments: 

    •  Increased North American branded locations by 33% within a 3-year period, improving revenues by 30% annually.
    • New locations added to the international branded network, represented incremental revenues of $35M within a 3-year time frame.
    • Created, developed and implemented a NEW franchise program, immediately adding 45 sites. This included marketing materials, campaign, legal documents, etc..
    • Operated ‘Test Region’ of 130 locations with the specific intent to develop, implement, perfect and eventually roll out HR and Operations ‘best practices’. Results include:
      • 17% sales improvement
      • 23 % reduction in inventory variation and theft
      • Labor Model resulted in 4% reduction in labor costs nationally
      • Shift in task-oriented role to one of management-by-profit objective for District Manager position
      • Improved sales by 8% and 13% over a 2+ year period for approximately 800 locations.
    • Effective management of a region with over 6,000 personnel – HR, Loss Prevention, Marketing, Operations.

    Education, Certifications, and Professional Development:

    •  B.S. – Microbiology
    • Extensive convenience store and fuel business development seminars and training programs.
